Playlists updated, Taiwan TX Broadcast of RNEI WOR Posted by By RNEI Tuesday the 17th of January, 2023 Hei alle, We've some exciting things to announce! Firstly the playlists on rnei.org have been updated and reorganised. The page was getting so long the HTML ended up well over 100 000 characters! Secondly, RNEIxtra will be going out on the 2nd of February 2023 featuring some of my favourite lesser known Japanese music from the past few years (full announcement to come, we might book 292 for it too!)
Lastly, We're working with Channel 292 to look into booking a transmitter in Taiwan for 1 hour maybe 2 or 3 times a year for airing 2 back to back shows of RNEI! This will be aimed to get South Korea and Japan and should acheive great results! If you have any opinions on this please get in touch, we'd love to know if you have frequency suggestions etc..!
I'll keep you all up to date in the comming weeks on dates and times for future broadcasts, til vi møtes igjen, Rose

Hello Kari - Thanks for your report with the audio clips. It's correct, and here's your Thundershower QSL. Tune in next Sunday for an hour of world music by Khruangbin: 1200 UTC on 15770 kHz. 73. tc Terry Colgan N5RTC Manager
[WOR] RNEI is doing another a stereo test idea Hei, Rose from RNEI here, On top of our usual Comb Stereo system we've used for years now (Stereo over a normal mono SW transmitter; it's pretty decent and accurate for a mono signal) we are testing something on Channel 292 because TIAEMS didn't come this month. We are sending L channel followed by R channel after the EasyDRM data section. This allows someone the ability to combine both parts together to hear L and R with full seperation. The first results from 6070 seemed pretty good (albeit very impractical) and we are planning to do one more test, L then R, on our 9670kHz broadcast on the 15th at 12UTC.
I thought some of you might be interested in playing around with the test

Hello Kari - Happy New Year! Thanks for your reception report on our Texas New Year show aired by WRMI. It's correct, and here's your QSL. This is the only special QSL for the 15770 kHz broadcasts until March. From now through February, reporters will receive the regular January and February design QSLs. 73. tc Terry Colgan N5RTC Manager
Dear Kari, After a period of sickness and struggling with Covid we are back on the airwaves. If the answer from a QSL has taken a little longer, we are sorry. We will start up with a new format and new transmitters. Coming periode you can find more details on our website. We enclosed our eQSL, thanks for listening and your nice reception report! To develop our weekly DX show on Sunday morning, we would like to ask if you can create a personal message for all the DX'ers and listeners (in your own language is also fine for us). This can simply be done with a telephone or another device, create a MP3 and sent it to our email. Together we can create a Radio Delta Shortwave community, i hope you will be a part of our free radio show. Subscribe yourself to our YouTube channel, you will immediately see all new videos. On our website you can post your reception report, it will be published on the world map. Stay tuned! Merry Christmas, Kari - Your report's correct, and here's your Texas Christmas QSL. Yours was the third report I received, so your QSL is #3. Listen to 3955 kHz at 1900 UTC for a different TRSW Christmas program. That will be the final program after three years on Channel 292. The QSL card for this show mentions it's the last broadcast. Please tune in for our two-hour Texas New Year show on January 1. 73. tc Terry Colgan N5RTC Manager Texas Radio Shortwave ..."3955 kHz at 1900 UTC for a different TRSW Christmas program.
