Radio Delta International is a nice Dutch free radio station founded in 1971, broadcasting on 6020 kHz and 6005 kHz shortwave from a facility in Elburg the Netherlands. Radio Delta International was unlicensed by any government for most of its early life, it was a pirate radio station with a great history that never became legal. Ever since more than 49 years have passed with ups and downs. No doubt more ups than downs. What kept and keeps us going can be best described as "The love for Free Radio". Reason: "More and more countries are switching off their powerful shortwave broadcasters, because the internet and DAB+ frequencies offer good alternatives. This creates room for free radio forms as that from Radio Delta International."

Every Saturday evening and Sunday we bring you great 'live' shows on 49meters shortwave right across Europe and around the world. No tight formats or playlists, just the best music with Requests and greetings from our listeners. We welcome your Reception Reports, reactions in our Guestbook and Whatsapp messages and by return you'll receive our new eQSL-card with personal notes.

RNEI shows are a 30 minute journey through a blend of lesser known new music from Northern Europe in varying languages and styles coupled with an embedded digital-mode playlist and a small amount of talk to keep everything flowing nicely. RNEI xtra gives listeners the opportunity to hear shows from other fantastic presenters for our broadcasts that are 1 hour long.


We release a new show on the first Sunday of every month at 11:00UTC on 6070KHz shortwave for Central Europe and it is re-broadcast many times throughout the month on various frequencies from many different transmitters across the world. Hello All,

It's now many years since I wrote anything in this group. Some may remember my name. Other interests in the radio field have taken over, but I am still interested in NDB and checking what can be heard.


About a week ago, a new private NDB started in Sweden. It's the radio amateur SM4WII who bought a disused lighthouse, moved it, and now broadcasts a CW sequence at 476 kHz with 1 W EIRP.

Kiitos Riku! Oli sen verran mielenkiintoinen, että pistin osat tilaukseen. Tilasin myös tuon valmiin PCB:n kun eipä sille alennuksineen jäänyt iso hinta. Minimi oli 5 kappaletta, joten kun nuo aikanaan saapuu voin laittaa osan näistä kiertoon.
