[WOR] RNEI is doing another a stereo test idea

Rose from RNEI here, On top of our usual Comb Stereo system we've used for years now (Stereo over a normal mono SW transmitter; it's pretty decent and accurate for a mono signal) we are testing something on Channel 292 because TIAEMS didn't come this month. We are sending L channel followed by R channel after the EasyDRM data section. This allows someone the ability to combine both parts together to hear L and R with full seperation. The first results from 6070 seemed pretty good (albeit very impractical) and we are planning to do one more test, L then R, on our 9670kHz broadcast on the 15th at 12UTC.
